Terms of Use

These terms apply to everyone who buys a ticket for or takes part in Startup Weekend Skopje, organized by Startup Club Skopje. By buying a ticket you agree to them.

Tickets

• Tickets are sold through mktickets.mk, and payment is subject to their terms.
• One ticket admits one person for the whole weekend and includes the programme, mentoring, workspace and meals.
• If you can no longer attend, write to us at startupclubsk@gmail.com before the event. Requests for a refund or to transfer your ticket to someone else are handled together with mktickets.mk.

Taking part

• Everyone at the event must follow our Code of Conduct. Anyone who breaks it may be asked to leave, without a refund.
• Follow the instructions of the organizers and the rules of the venue.
• Teams are formed at the event. Judging is done by an independent panel, and the judges' decision is final.

Your ideas and work

Everything you and your team create during the weekend belongs to you and your team, not to the organizers. How ownership is split within a team is up to its members, so agree on it early. Pitches are public: do not present anything you need to keep confidential.

Photos and video

The event is photographed and filmed, and the material may be published. See the Privacy Policy for how to opt out.

Your belongings and responsibility

You are responsible for your own laptop, equipment and belongings. The organizers are not liable for loss or damage to them, or for damage you cause at the venue.

Changes to the programme

We may change the schedule, speakers, mentors, judges or prizes when needed. If the event is cancelled by the organizers, ticket holders will receive a full refund.
